Premier’s Reading Challenge (PRC) Update

Our Kindergarten, Year 1, and Year 2 classes are on track to complete the 2021 PRC. In fact, we have a couple of classes who have been reading so many books together that they are already finished! Congratulations to KAJ and KLB who have finished the 2021 PRC in record speed.

Students in Years 3 to 9 complete the Challenge individually, logging the books they have read online here. Student username and passwords have been given to students and should be glued in the back of the College Diary. If you have lost your password, or need help logging in, please contact Library Email

Holiday Reading Challenge

Our Holiday Reading Challenge for the Term 1 Break is a simple (and hopefully fun!) one.  All you need to do is to read at least one great book, then share about it with your class during Library in Term 2. We’ve been learning how to give a great Book Talk, so this is your chance to put it into action!

You can choose any kind of book (picture book, information book, novel, audio book, or even a magazine). You can also present any way you like – sharing in person in class, or creating a video recording or PowerPoint presentation to share during Library.

Each student who shares about a great book they’ve read earns a point for their class. Who will be the Class Champions? I can’t wait to find out, and to hear about our student recommendations!
